| Delivery Schedule We will do our best to process your order the day it is placed. All orders received before 2pm will be processed the same day. If you place an order after 1pm on a Friday it will be processed the following Monday. |

| Guarantee We will make a full refund for any item returned unused and undamaged. The cost of postage will not be refunded unless an error has been made by Double Overhead. We will not take responsibility for returned items lost or damaged in the post, we therefore recommend that all goods are insured in transit. You can select to return goods for exchange or refund.
